All student's absent/late information must be submitted through the school APP.
- Student Emergency Form
- Criminal Record Check
As per CISVA policy, ALL volunteers (including grandparents, older siblings or other family members) who work and/or interact with children in any regular capacity will be required to complete a Criminal Record Check. This includes; driving other people’s children on field trips, supervising on field trips, helping students in the classrooms, assisting teachers with special events in the school/classroom, etc.
This procedure can now be done online and once complete, it is valid for 5 years. Only parents that are new or have not done them in the last year are required to do so. Please see link below to do this online. If you have any questions about this policy please contact the office for clarification.
Criminal Records Review Program (CRRP) has now onboarded all organizations to the new applicant-based online service (eCRC) using the mobile BC Services Card as electronic identity verification (EIV).
Access code: 9JVUNZG7FM
The CRRP recognizes that not everyone will have the ability to access or obtain the mobile BC Services Card, therefore, the manual paper-based and in-person ID verification will remain an option.
